After analise task we understand that we have thee role: lead, moderator, contributor. And we have hypothesis that the main problem in moderation process. We get a in-depth interview with moderator. But we have limited time with lead and we create swimlane diagram and I organise workshop to check and complete the process.

We need create detalised flow where user have problem. We know than the main model of solution that automate processes where the most errors occur. We try to organise different object in every ster fo user flow.

When we know about problems and object that we need automatize a brainshorm solution with my team. We choose the best one. Also a present our ideas to product owner and he get it.

Now we need to check this ideas. We created prototype in Figma. And organized three user testing in zoom. We check how user compete the task in our interface and note feedback.

Finally, our design solves the major problems by reduced time to moderation a template, reduced percentage of errors in assessing the template. I did the final presentation of the project, we discussed our research and the customer accepted the work.
